Requirements

We welcome applications from high achieving, commercially aware engineering graduates who are interested in a career in a fast paced contracting environment. Typically you would progress towards engineering / design / project / contract management roles

To get the most from our programme you'll need to be highly motivated, a self-starter and passionate about developing your skills. We will create the opportunity for you to learn about leadership and about our business. You will gain technical skills, and learn about yourself and how you work with others.

You'll be the kind of person who will take responsibility for achieving results with the self-discipline to ensure you get the most from this opportunity. Full of drive and enthusiasm, you'll thrive under pressure and rise to the challenge.

If you've got the energy, there's no limit to what you can achieve.

A minimum 2:2 Hons degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering is essential, as is the ability to honour the NG Bailey values: Passion, Integrity and Excellence.

Preference will be given to applicants with an MSc. and both qualifications (degree and MSc) must meet the requirements of the Engineering Council and be accredited by CIBSE, IE or IMechE. Please check the relevant body's website if you are unsure before submitting your application.

Our graduate positions for 2010 are based in Bristol and Manchester

As it may be necessary for you to work on-site for projects affiliated to your branch, some flexibility and the ability to travel are essential; any expenses incurred, if not travelling to what is considered your permanent place of work, will be reimbursed.
