This technical apprenticeship will equip you for a career as a Building Services Project Engineer; Designing installations, project managing, producing CAD drawings and tender documents and managing site installations.

Your 4 year study programme will result in a:- 

  • National Certificate in Building Services Engineering and Higher National Diploma in Building Services Engineering
  • NVQ Level 3 in Technology and Project Management 

Once your apprenticeship is completed, students obtaining high grades at Higher National Diploma may be able to progress through our Performance Management and Talent programmes to degree/post graduate qualifications.

Education and Employment Programme 

Your 4 year apprenticeship programme consists of both off-site and on-site training and assessment. All NG Bailey's off-site training is carried out at the NG Bailey Engineering Academy / affiliated college, in Leeds. This means you will be required to stay in Leeds in 2 week blocks (returning home at weekends) for 12 weeks during the academic year. Whilst attending the off-site training your accommodation will be provided and funded by NG Bailey.

Entry Requirements

5 GCSE's (or equivalent) - 3 at Grade B or above in English, Mathematics and a Science based subject, PLUS 2 others in any subject at Grade C or above

Please note we cannot progress your application without proof of predicted grades from your school or copies of grades already obtained.
